Each year, US News and World Report ranks long- and short-term care facilities. Their comprehensive guidelines outline the standard metrics they use to determine their ratings. Sagepoint has received five stars for the past two years. We are one of just 38 nursing homes in the state to earn this honor in 2021, out of the 226 they reviewed.
