While we are incredibly proud of the care we provide to some of our community’s most vulnerable members, we know that we cannot bear this tremendous responsibility alone. Thanks to the extraordinary generosity and dedication of this distinguished group of donors, we will continue to offer the care, support and respect those who can no longer care for themselves deserve.

We are forever grateful that you have opened your hearts to our seniors and supported our ongoing mission.

Our seniors are so thankful for how our care improves their quality of life. So much of those improvements came as a direct result of the Grateful Hearts campaign, which funded our music therapy program for patients with dementia, upgraded our technology infrastructure and purchased equipment to enhance our patients’ comfort.

Our Caring Hearts campaign works to grow awareness of dementia and its impact on the person, the family and the community as a whole.
